The Kindergarten Room

Our Kindergarten program is educationally enriched to assist children in building on all skills in addition to those learned in school.

The Kindergarten Program's daily activities consist of:

- Whole Language Curriculum, Promoting Literacy
- Pre-Reading Skills
- Numeracy (Math)
- Science (measuring, weighing, cooking)
- Handwriting Without Tears: A program designed to teach children the fundamentals of writing through hands on activities. 
- Creative Arts
- Large & Small group actvities
- Story time
- Computer in room available for children to use
- Intrest based learning
- Daily Outdoor Activities
- Supervised walks to and from neighbourhood schools

During the non-school days, children participate in an exciting full day program. Which may include trips to local neighbourhood parks, swimming in the condominium wading pool during summer months, guest speakers, and special themed activities such as a Hawaiian Luau, a Mexican Fiesta, Pirate Day, etc...
